Application of Honest Concurrent Use in Indian Trademark Law

Indian courts recognize the doctrine of honest concurrent use, allowing a prior unregistered user to continue using a mark similar to a registered one if they can demonstrate that their use was genuine, made in good faith, and without any intent to mislead the public.
